MALCOM – Malaysia Competition
MALCOM (Malaysia Competition) is the official competitive platform of the World Miniature Hobby Show, created to celebrate craftsmanship, creativity, and technical excellence in miniature modelling.
Open to local and international modellers, MALCOM welcomes entries across multiple categories and skill levels, from beginners to master class. The competition is judged by an international panel of experienced artists, professional builders, and respected industry figures, ensuring fair, transparent, and educational evaluation. The competition serves not only as a contest, but as a meeting point for inspiration, learning, and creative exchange within the global modelling community.

Competition Scope
MALCOM is structured as a multi-category competition covering a wide range of miniature modelling disciplines and skill levels. The competition is designed to ensure fair evaluation across subjects, scales, and experience levels, from junior and to standard and master-level entries.
Entries are judged independently within their respective categories by an international panel, following clearly defined standards and scoring guidelines. Awards include official competition medals, category honours, and Best of Show recognition.
